Terms of service

Last updated October 7, 2026

By creating a DropTest Log account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a company, you agree on its behalf.

The service

DropTest Log is a recordkeeping tool for fire door inspections, rolling-door drop tests, deficiencies, repair quotes, and follow-up. It does not inspect a door, certify compliance, replace qualified professional judgment, or guarantee that a checklist matches every requirement of an authority having jurisdiction. Your company remains responsible for its work, reports, code editions, safety procedures, and required records.

Your data

Your company's records belong to your company. Accessible records can be exported as CSV. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Availability and liability

We work to keep DropTest Log available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Keep any backup records your contracts or code obligations require. The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
